Try any formula for up to 60 days from the day it arrives. If it's not working for your dog — for any reason — email us and we'll refund your order in full. Keep the jar. No return shipping, no forms, no hard feelings.
How to request a refund
- Email us within 60 days of delivery.
- Tell us your order number and what didn't work.
- We'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. You don't need to send anything back.
Subscriptions
Cancel anytime from your account — no phone calls, no retention scripts. If a subscription shipment arrives and it's not right for your dog, the 60-day guarantee applies from that delivery date too.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you immediately — your choice.
Exchanges
We don't do formal exchanges (dogs can't wait on shipping labels). Just request a refund under the guarantee and place a fresh order for the formula you want.
