Shipping Policy
At NüraWell, we want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and without unnecessary waiting. Every order is carefully packed, sealed, and prepared so your wellness routine can start as soon as possible.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually processed the same day or the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During busy periods, including sales, product launches, or holidays, processing may take up to 4 business days. If there is any major delay, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
United States
U.S. orders are shipped through trusted carriers. Estimated delivery after shipment:
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days, where available
International Orders
International orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs, or other issues outside of our control may affect delivery.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking links may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.
If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we’ll be happy to look into it.
If you do not see your shipping email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
4. Shipping Delays
We do our best to get every order shipped on time, but some delays are outside of our control. NüraWell is not responsible for delays caused by:
Carrier delays or service disruptions
Severe weather or natural events
Customs processing for international orders
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout
High-volume shipping periods
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
NüraWell is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at gadgetifyinquires@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has started processing or shipped.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package may be lost in transit, please contact us at gadgetifyinquires@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue faster, please include:
Your order number
A short description of the issue
Photos of the damaged package or product, if applicable
We’ll review the situation and work with you on the best possible solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or another resolution depending on the case.
